The Remnant

"The Remnant", as they are referred to by outsiders, still call themselves "The Galactic Empire", despite their civilization being a shadow of its former self.

Once a sprawling civilization spanning nearly all of the entire galaxy, the Galactic Empire of today controls only Earth and its solar system.

The most significant asset they control today is the Cyberia One supercomputer, which is crucial to most human life across the galaxy.

Trouble is, nobody truly "Controls" Cyberia One. The Remnant merely control physical access to it, and portions of the core operating system.
