Carlina

Carlina is a psychotic and completely unhinged citizen of the Cyberian Empire, or, at least, what is left of the Cyberian Empire. Her crimes started by a combination of desperation and drug addiction, but now, she is motived by something much more powerful - her relentless descent into the deepest abyss of pure insanity. She is highly dangerous and very crafty, and has the ability to evade the authorities and find herself in the most unexpected of places. Beware.
